At Pottys Plus, we understand that plans can change. To balance flexibility for our customers with the scheduling demands of our industry, we've established the following refund and cancellation policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Portable Toilet Rentals — Standard & ADA Units

Non-Refundable Fees
Delivery & Setup Charges
Once delivery vehicles have been dispatched, delivery and setup fees are non-refundable — even if service is refused on-site.
Special & Custom Orders
Any custom requests (e.g., branded units, specialty equipment) are non-refundable once ordered.
Customer Responsibility
- Relocation Requests: Any request to relocate units after initial setup may result in additional fees.
Payment & Deposits
- Payment Due Dates: All rentals must be paid in full prior to delivery, unless prior arrangements are approved in writing.
- Unpaid Balances: Late payments or unpaid balances may result in service suspension, collection activity, and additional fees.
Peak Season & Large Orders
Non-Refundable Deposits During Peak Season
For rentals scheduled during April – October or on holiday weekends, deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation notice.
Large Orders (5+ Units)
Orders of 5 or more units may require longer cancellation notice (7–14 days) to qualify for a partial refund.
Weather, Emergencies & Force Majeure
Weather & Emergencies
In the event of declared emergencies, unsafe weather conditions, or natural disasters, Pottys Plus does not issue cash refunds. Instead, we provide a full credit toward a future rental (valid for up to 12 months) if the units have not yet been loaded, en route, or delivered.
Force Majeure
Pottys Plus is not liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to events beyond its reasonable control — including weather disasters, government actions, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Credits & Refund Processing
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.
- Credit Validity: Any issued credits must be used within 12 months of the cancellation date. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Additional Notes
- Processing and credit card fees (typically 3%) are non-refundable.

Legal Catch-All Clause
Pottys Plus reserves the right to amend or enforce stricter cancellation terms on a case-by-case basis, particularly for large events, custom orders, or high-demand dates. These policies are designed to protect both our customers and our company, ensuring reliable service and reserved inventory for all events.
